Free Online/Virtual Conference – Connect 1 Child (foster care/adoption ministry of LA Baptist Children’s Home & Family Ministries)

Foster the Connection is happening this Thursday. This free, virtual conference is aimed to increase cooperation statewide among the faith-based community, DCFS, partner organizations and church ministries to meet the needs of children and families involved in the foster care system. Foster the Connection has been approved for 4.5 hours of general training for Louisiana social workers. Approval pending for foster parent and DCFS staff training hours.
